Lions Gate Entertainment has acquired all North American rights to Julie Davis' All Over the Guy. The romantic comedy stars Dan Bucatinsky, who wrote the original screenplay based on his stage play. Davis directed I Love You Don't Touch Me and Amy's Orgasm.
