Former First Look Studios chief operating officer Bill Lischak has resurfaced at Odd Lot Entertainment in the same capacity.

As the company relocates to its new Culver City headquarters, principals Gigi Pritzker and Deborah Del Prete also announced several other appointments.

Linda McDonough has been promoted to executive vice president of production and development; Natalya Petrosova has joined as vice president of finance; Eryl Woodlief as vice president of development and acquisitions; Delphine Perrier as director of legal affairs, contract administration and collections; and Michael Urann as sales, marketing and acquisitions coordinator for Odd Lot International.

Lischak spent nearly two decades at First Look and in that time held the positions of chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and president.

During his tenure Lischak facilitated multi-million dollar credit lines, arranged multiple rounds of private equity investments, courted film production financing arrangements, and brought the company public in 1996.

He joined what was then known as Overseas Film Group in 1988 and built it into a fully integrated independent distribution company involved with theatrical distribution, video/DVD distribution, television licensing, foreign distribution rights licensing and production.

He began his career as chartered public accountant at Laventhol & Horwath.

'Bill has been a significant voice in the growth, expansion and presence of independent film production worldwide.' Pritzker said. 'His knowledge and relationships within the global marketplace, along with his insights to the transitions in the film business were but a few significant reasons we wanted to have him join the Odd Lot team.'

Petrosova formerly worked as a consulting manager of finance and operations at THQ where she played an instrumental role in the start up of its wireless division.

Woodlief arrives at Odd Lot from Aurora Productions, where she served as vice president of production and development.

Perrier previously served as director of legal affairs and contract administration at Mandate Pictures, and Urann arrives from Media 8 Entertainment.
