Pinewood-based 3D solutions provider MasterImage 3D has appointed Adam MacDonald as sales manager for its Digital Cinema division in Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Russia.
MacDonald previously served as sales director at Panavision, where he set up the European Sales operation for the Panavision 3D System. Prior to Panavision, MacDonald worked as a senior sales manager for Datasat Digital Entertainment.
MI3D continues to expand sales throughout Western Europe as well as in emerging markets throughout Eastern Europe, Russia and the Middle East.
“We are extremely excited to have Adam on our team,” said general manager Brian Kercher. “As our global digital cinema division continues to grow, and more opportunities arise throughout Europe, we needed to bring on an expert in the field, and Adam is just that. We now have a genuinely technical and experienced support team for our reseller partners and customers to rely on in the region.”
