Khanna joins the company after recent tenure as president of Universal Networks international & digital initiatives.

She will oversee all television sales, production, acquisitions, licensing, content creation and digital initiatives for MGM worldwide.

The brief includes oversight of all existing franchises and partnerships as well as development of new franchises from the MGM library and existing intellectual property.

Khanna will report to co-chairman and CEOs Gary Barber and Roger Birnbaum.
