Mos Def, Gabrielle Union join the cast of Cadillac Records

Mos Def has been cast as Chuck Berry and Gabrielle Union will play Geneva Wade in Sony BMG Film's Cadillac Records, a music drama set in 1950s Chicago and following the turbulent lives of legends like Muddy Waters, Leonard Chess and Elvis Presley.Adrien Brody, Jeffrey Wright, Beyonce Knowles, Columbus Short, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Cedric The Entertainer and Tammy Blanchard are also starring in the film which is currently shooting under the direction of Darnell Martin.
