The National Board Of Review will announce its award winners on Dec 4.

Zero Dark Thirty (pictured) was named the NBR’s 2012 film of the year.

“The National Board Of Review has been a premier film awards organisation since 1909,” said NBR president Annie Schulhof.

“We believe that our contemporary redesign and digital presence effectively communicates that the NBR is one of the leading voices in modern film appreciation.” 

  • The People’s Choice Awards will celebrate its 40th year and air live from the Nokia Theater LA Live on Jan 8 2014.
