TetonFilms has picked up domestic rights to Lee Daniels Entertainment's noir drama Shadowboxer starring Cuba Gooding Jr and Helen Mirren.

Tetonhas earmarked a Jul 21 release through Freestyle Releasing on Daniels'directorial debut about two assassins who take pity on a pregnant hit and runaway with her.

VanessaFerlito, Macy Gray and Joseph Gordon-Levitt also star with Mo'Nique and StephenDorff.

Thisis the first release to emerge from Teton Films, which was launched by Shadowboxer producer Brook J Lenfest. Lenfest served asexecutive producer on The Woodsman,which was also produced by Lee Daniels Entertainment.

"We'veworked together for a couple of years now and Shadowboxer has been a labour of love for me, so it's a greatprivilege to be opening the film this summer," Lenfest said.

Codeblack Entertainment willhandle the home entertainment release.
