EXCLUSIVE: Til Schweiger’s action film Guardians has been sold by Action Concept throughout Asia, Europe and Latin America.
The title has been picked up in China (Saga Cinemas), Japan (Interfilm), France (Free Dolphin) and Brazil and Spanish-speaking South America (HBO Latino).
In addition, Action Concept’s Wolfgang Wilke told Screen that he is currently negotiating with a Korean producer for the Korean remake rights to the 1997 Til Schweiger-starring crime comedy Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door.
The children’s adventure film has been created by using paper cut-outs in stopmotion animation.
First acquisitions include ‘Fremont’ and ‘Full Red River’.
