Alleycats

Filming is underway in London on illegal bike-racing thriller Alleycats, backed by The Fyzz Facility.

Screen Stars of Tomorrow Eleanor Tomlinson (Poldark) and Sam Keeley (What Richard Did) star alongside John Hannah (Four Weddings and a Funeral), John Lynch (The Fall), Rizzle Kicks singer Jordan Stephens, Camilla Rutherford (Gosford Park), Virgile Bramly (Point Blank) and Josh Whitehouse (Northern Soul).

The Fyzz Facility and Elephant Gun Films have backed the debut feature from director Ian Bonhôte, a thriller set in the world of illegal bike racing in London.

Andy Ryder produces, writers are Simon Uttley, Max Kinnings and Anthea Anka. Casting director is former Screen Star of Tomorrow Rose Wicksteed.

Co-producer is Emma Lamont (Shelby) and executive producers are Robert Jones (The Usual Suspects), Wayne Marc Godfrey (Cake), and David Gilbery (War Pigs).

The production also raised money through a Kickstarter campaign.

The film charts the journey of a young woman whose brother is killed on the streets of London in a hit-and-run and who then must push herself to her mental and physical limits to find justice.
