Documentary distributor Autlook has secured sales of five films in the wake of the EFM.

Architecture doc The Human Scale has been sold to Canada (Mongrel Media), the US (KimStim), Poland (Against Gravity) and Australia (Madman). German-speaking territories and Benelux are in negotiations and Canal+ picked up Belgian and Spanish pay-TV rights.

Locarno winner Forget Me Not has been secured in France (Dissidenz). Swedish broadcaster SVT and Finnish broadcaster YLE have picked up the TV rights. The film, which portrays the home care of an Alzheimer’s sufferer, is currently in German and Swiss theatres, where it is distributed respectively by Farbfilm and Look Now!.

Culinary doc Slow Food Story has gone to Pandastorm Pictures for theatrical release later this year in all German-speaking territories as well as Poland’s Against Gravity. Initial offers from the US, Australia and Japan are currently under consideration.

Canada (Kinosmith) and Poland (Against Gravity) secured another culinary doc, Mussels in Love.

Kinosmith has also picked up all Canadian rights for The Punk Syndrome, playing at SXSW this month.

All deals were negotiated in Berlin by theatrical sales managers Salma Abdalla and Astrid Guger.
