RealD has signed a deal with China’s Wanda Cinema Line Corporation to instal a further 780 cinema systems over the next three years.

The agreement will double the number of RealD sites to a little over 1,500.

The parties also announced that RealD has become the exclusive technology provider to Wanda Cinema Line.

RealD systems are on approximately 1,500 screens in China with future commitments for a further 950.

Philips has introduced three new Barco lamps – the XDC 2200B, XDC 2000B and XDC 1200 B – and a new mobile responsive lamp replacement tool.
