Content to handle worldwide sales on Paul Tanter’s He Who Dares.

Content Film will begin sales of Paul Tanter’s He Who Dares at Cannes this month.

Produced by Tanter’s London-based Runaway Features, the film is scripted by GBH writer James Crow.

Patrick Maxwell, Anthony Maxwell and Alain Wildbreger produce alongside Tanter, who previously directed The Rise & Fall of a White Collar Hooligan.

The film stars Tom Knight (Kick Ass 2), Simon Phillip, Ewan Ross and Lorraine Stanley (London To Brighton). A UK release is scheduled for December 2013.

Currently in post-production, He Who Dares centres on an SAS team including a crack operative (Knight) who takes on a group of ruthless terrorists that have kidnapped the Prime Minister’s daughter.

Jamie Carmichael, president of Content Film said: “He Who Dares is the SAS movie we’ve all been waiting for - featuring intense, expert and copious close quarters combat and a very high body count.  We can’t wait to show the footage to our clients.”

At Cannes, Content’s slate will also include Caradog James’s The Machine and Karl Mueller’s Mr. Jones, which both recently world premiered at the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival.

Other titles include Anthony Leonardi III’s Nothing Left To Fear starring Anne Heche and produced by former Guns N’ Roses lead guitarist Slash; Kieran Parker’s Outpost III: Rise Of The Spetsnaz; Sean McNamara’s Space Warriors starring Danny Glover and Mira Sorvino; Sebastián Silva’s Crystal Fairy starring Michael Cera and Stacie Passon’s Concussion starring Robin Weigert which both world premiered in Sundance earlier this year.
