The manager has partnered with Charles Roven to form the subsidiary of Atlas Entertainment.

Fleming worked with Roven at Mosaic Media Group, which merged Atlas Entertainment assets with talent management group The Gold/Miller Company where Fleming worked.

Fleming’s clients include Olivia Munn, Kristin Davis, Jaime Pressly, Holt McCallany, Natalie Martinez, Dawn Olivieri, Alison Sudol, Sarah Wynter, Alexandra Breckenridge and G Hannelius.

“I’m excited to partner with my long time friend and mentor Chuck Roven, one of the great producers in the history of film and a true visionary,” said Fleming.

“The goal will be to help build new and different platforms across all media for our clients and the Atlas brand. I can’t think of a better time in the business to build this exciting new company with the Atlas team.”

Fleming started his career at The Gersh agency and moved into talent management and producing at The Gold/Miller Company, where he operated as one of the senior managers for 15 years.

He served as executive producer on Billy Boy and To Whom It May Concern.
