Online video distributor Dailymotion has announced a deal with MyMovies to add 22,000 videos available online.

UK-based MyMovies provides short-form entertainment content, including trailers, clips, junket interviews, red carpet reports and bespoke content for movies and games.

Monica Chadha, Managing Director of MyMovies, said: “The partnership with Dailymotion is the perfect fit - they have the platform and eyeballs and we have the content needed to satisfy consumer appetite. This mutually beneficial arrangement will widen the reach of our video content and give Dailymotion more tools for executing advertising strategies.”

Dailymotion has 114 million unique visitors generating over 1.4 billion video views every month according to Comscore. It is ranked the 29th most visited website in the world. Dailymotion is available around the world in 15 different languages and 33 localised versions featuring local home pages and local content.
