EXCLUSIVE: The cloud-based content and rights management company has closed deals heading into Cannes with XYZ Films, LD Entertainment, uMedia and Pacific Northwest Pictures.

CEO Jason Kassin also announced on Wednesday [May 1] that Laurie Woodrow has joined as product manager after serving most recently as evp of international at Fierce Entertainment.

Lionsgate, Miramax, The Weinstein Company, Relativity Media, Focus Features, Starz and more than 100 other users currently subscribe to the software platform.

The service offers delivery and display solutions and facilitates contract administration, invoicing, rights management, availability and physical materials tracking.

Woodrow brings more than 20 years of experience in acquisitions and distribution. Prior to Fierce Entertainment she served as president of Trans-Pacific Media from 1994 to 2009 and before that she was vp of The Steel Company.
