Technomedia buys VRT Enterprises, launches new digital cinema arm
Florida-based Technomedia has restructured its Cinema Technologies Group and launched TMS Digital Cinema LLC. In a related move, Technomedia has acquired Miami-based VRT Enterprises, a digital cinema engineering services and product development company.
