Anchor Bay picks up North American rights to Maximum Conviction
Steven Seagal and Steve Austin star in the action film about a former Special Forces operative and his friend charged with protecting two mysterious female prisoners from a mercenary team.
Anchor Bay closed the deal with Voltage Pictures which represents international rights.
Keoni Waxman directed Maximum Conviction and Seagal, Austin and Phillip B Goldfine produced.
“Steven Seagal and Steve Austin in one picture – you can’t ask for more action,” Kevin Kasha, Anchor Bay evp of acquisitions and co-productions said. “Fans won’t be able to wait for this one. We’re thrilled that Maximum Conviction will be released by Anchor Bay Films.”
