The event-based distributor will premiere the animated thriller on Mar 22 in New York ahead of theatrical expansion to major markets and a series of special event screenings.

Pasha Roberts directed Silver Circle from a screenplay by Steven Schwartz that takes place in a dystopian future controlled by the Federal Reserve.

“In addition to comic book fans, Silver Circle will connect with anyone who has been paying attention to the fiscal cliff, the liberty movement – which was officially formed around Congressman Ron Paul’s presidential bid – and American politics in general,” said Roberts.

“Our animated indie film brings this story to a broader audience – an audience who is excited to see a feature film which offers a deep look at the Federal Reserve and the power it wields.”

Silver Circle has already screened at Comic-Con conventions in New York and New Orleans.

“We are excited to be partnering with Pasha on Silver Circle, the film tour will also include Q&As with celebrity panellists, special edition comic book giveaways, music performances and film-themed after parties,” said Area 23a co-founder Kirt Eftekhar.
