Beta Cinema reports sales on a number of titles including Lost in Siberia, Suskind, Bliss and In Darkness.

German sales outfit Beta Cinema is reporting brisk sales early in the Cannes film market, and has given details of deals on its international marketpremiere Lost In Siberia as well as for the World War II-drama Süskind

Culture clash comedy Lost In Siberia has been sold to Israel (Lev Cinemas) and Bulgaria (Bulgaria Film Vision). Meanwhile, Dutch auteur Rudolf van den Berg’s Süskind has been snapped up by Italy (Madeleine), Japan (Only Hearts), China (Champ Lis) and Venezuela (Cines Unidos). Doris Doerrie’s Berlinale-Special film Bliss has gone South Korea (Peterpan Pictures) and Taiwan (Swallow Wings) as well as Norway (AS Fidalgo).

The Holocaust-drama In Darkness by Agnieszka Holland is to be released in France by Eurozoom. The new animation film Come On, Let’s Find A Treasure is stirring up interest in the Middle East, where it has been bought by IRIB.
