The sales agency is preparing to commence business at the Cannes market on Roland Joffe’s sweeping drama produced by Ignacio Gomez Sancha, Ignacio Nunez and Joffe.

Aurum released There Be Dragons in Spain on Mar 25 and the adventure story, spanning the Spanish Civil War to present day, opens in the US on May 6 through Samuel Goldwyn Films. Wes Bentley, Olga Kurylenko, Rodrigo Santoro, Dougray Scott and Derek Jacobi star.

“Bleiberg Entertainment’s passion for the film and strong reputation in the industry made the company the inherent choice,” Nunez said. “We anticipate a strong market in Cannes and look forward to unveiling the film to international audiences everywhere this year.”
