Buyers cuddle up to Visit Films' Teddy Bear
EXCLUSIVE: Other deals done for First Position and Fortunate Sons.
New York-based Visit Films has closed a number of deals on its slate, including Mads Matthiesen’s Sundance award-winning sex tourism drama Teddy Bear to Australia/New Zealand (Vendetta), Czech Republic & Slovakia (Cinemart), Switzerland (Monopole Pathe), and Israel (DBS).
Due to demand, Visit has added another screening of Teddy Bear, Monday at 09:30 at CinemaxX 12.
Ballet documentary First Position has sold to Japan (Cetera) and Taiwan (Joint).
Fortunate Sons, Danielle Lurie’s London-set honour killing thriller to star Emily Watson, has sold to Switzerland (Praesens) and the Middle East (Falcon).
Visit’s slate also includes festival titles Dollhouse and Arcadia.
