In its first sale on Terri, the Sundance world premiere it acquired late last month, Coach14 has closed a deal with France’s Pretty Pictures for Azazel Jacobs’ high-school set dramedy.

In other recent Coach14 news, the company last weekmade its second acquisition of a film that recently premiered in Sundance taking Andrew Okpeaha MacLean’s On The Ice. The film, which ran in the US Dramatic Competition, will have its international premiere in the Generation sidebar at Berlin.

The debut feature is set in an isolated Alaskan town and is the story of two teenagers who try to get away with murder. MacLean is an Inupiaq filmmaker whose previous work includes the short, Sikumi, which premiered at Sundance in 2008 and won the Jury Prize. He also directed the feature-length documentary When The Season Is Good: Artists Of Arctic Alaska.

Along with Terri and On The Ice, Coach14’s slate also includes Rotterdam world premiere A Little Closer and Jean-Baptiste Leonetti’s Carré Blanc.
