The agreement covers DVD/Blu-ray and digital rental and sell-through rights in the US for Cohen’s theatrical slate and the Cohen Film Collection (formerly The Rohauer Library) of Buster Keaton titles, British films, Hollywood classics and experimental cinema.

Rubin and Rosenberg negotiated the deal.
