EXCLUSIVE: Metrodome adds to The Guillotines acquisition with five more pick-ups in Cannes.

UK distributor Metrodome has been busy in Cannes, picking up five new titles for all rights distirbution.

Spanish horror Here Comes The Devil from director Adrian Garcia Bogliano was acquired from MPI Media Group while Black Rock starring Kate Bosworth from writer Mark Duplass was picked up from Elle Driver.

Metrodome acquired Fairy Tale from Rai Trade, Thale from Epic Pictures Group and Pennhurst from Highland Film Group.

The UK outfit nabbed Andrew Lau’s $15m action The Guillotines earlier in the market.

All deals were negotiated by head of acquisitions Joel Kennedy and Giles Edwards, acquisitions manager.
