IM Global has been selling international rights to the comedy caper which premiered at SXSW in March. The Alliance Films network will release in Canada, the UK and Spain.

Millennium will run a multi-platform release through its Ultra VOD platform on Jul 3 followed by a platform theatrical release on Jul 27.

Jay Chandrasekhar directed from a screenplay by Peter Gaulke and Gerry Swallow and stars alongside Paul Schneider and Olivia Munn in the story of a man who fears he may be infertile and enlists a friend to rob a sperm bank.

Jason Blum of Blumhouse, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones of Automatik and Chandrasekhar of Duck Attack produced and Alliance Films president Charles Layton, IM Global CEO Stuart Ford and Kevin Heffernan served as executive producers.

Millennium director of acquisitions Tristen Tuckfield negotiated the deal with John Sloss and Automatik’s Kavanaugh-Jones.
