Gulliver’s Travels on $176.5m arrives in Japan and Diary Of A Wimpy Kid 2 has reached $12.3m and opens in Australia.

For older audiences, The Weinstein Company unleashes Scream 4 day-and-date with North America in 30 countries, among them the UK, France, Italy, Russia, Australia, Mexico and Brazil.

Universal/UPI’s Hop has leapt to $18.4m and expands into a further 14 territories this weekend including Spain and Mexico. Paul on $33.9m opens in six including Australia, Germany, German-speaking Switzerland, the Netherlands and New Zealand.

Sony Pictures Releasing International’s Just Go With It had amassed $88.3m by the close of last weekend and opens in 12 smaller markets, while Battle: LA stood at $104.8m and arrives in German-speaking Europe. Armored opens in China, Faster in Italy and Hanna in South Korea and Taiwan.

Warner Bros Pictures International’s Sucker Punch arrives this weekend in China and Japan.

Paramount/PPI’s Justin Bieber: Never Say Never on $19.9m opens in seven, among them Spain, Taiwan, New Zealand, Singapore and Italian-speaking Switzerland. Rango has amassed $113.6m and arrives in Hong Kong.

Sci-fi thriller Source Code opens through Summit International distributors in Spain, Portugal and Romania.
