Tricord Media to handle Canadian release of faith title Courageous

Courageous is the latest production from Sherwood Pictures, the company behind the smash Fireproof and the television series 100 Huntley Street. It will open in limited theatrical release in Canada on Sept 30.

The film follows four law enforcement officers as they struggle to find strength as fathers.

“It is a privilege for the Crossroads family to partner with Sony and Sherwood to become the conduit through which Canadian fathers will be challenged to a whole new standard of courage,” Crossroads CEO Don Simmonds said.

“Our dream for Canada starts with churches and families inviting their neighbours to see this gripping movie, and ends with the dream of a nation of fathers who have decided to step up courageously to lead and love their own families.”
