US distributors were circling the Miley Cyrus action comedy in Berlin where Exclusive Films International closed multiple territories.

TWC plans an October release when schools are back in session for the story of a young FBI agent who infiltrates a college sorority to protect the daughter of a former mobster. Jeremy Piven, Mike O’Malley and Kelly Osbourne co-star.

Exclusive Media Group fully financed and Tom Vaughan directed from a screenplay by Allan Loeb and Steven Pearl, who are producing through their Scarlet Fire Entertainment label along with Exclusive and Tish Cyrus.

Jodi Zuckerman-Weiner serves as executive producer for Cyrus’ production company Hope Town Entertainment alongside Rob Cowan.

COO David Glasser, executive vice-president of acquisitions Peter Lawson and executive vice-president of business and legal affairs Laine Kline negotiated the deal with Exclusive Media Group managing director and CFO Andy Mayson and CAA, who arranged financing.
