The distributor has acquired all North American rights to And While We Were Here and has set an Aug 13 ultra-VoD launch followed by theatrical release on Sept 13.

Kate Bosworth, Iddo Goldberg, Jamie Blackley and Claire Bloom star in Kat Coiro’s black-and-white romance set in Italy.

Paris Kasidokostas Latsis and Terry Dougas’s 1821 Pictures financed the film and Lauren Bratman and Coiro produced. 

Well Go USA Entertainment president Doris Pfardrescher brokered the deal with WME Global’s Deb McIntosh on behalf of the producer.
