Polish drama is playing in Venice Days.

Germain Labeille’s new Paris-based sales company Albany Films International has taken on sales for Leszek Dawid’s feature debut My Name Is Ki which is screening in Venice Days.

Roma Gasiorowska already won the best actress prize at the Polish Films Festival in Gdynia for her role in the film, which is drama about a single mother confronting love. The cast also features Adam Woronowicz and Krzysztof Ogłoza.  

 My name is Ki was produced by Skorpion Arte in co-production with Piramida Films, Hydrafilm and Film Factory with backing from the Polish Film Institute. Best Film has local theatrical rights and will release this month.
