TrustNordisk has just closed a slew of deals on Pernilla August’s Beyond, starring Noomi Rapace of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo fame.

The film has been sold to Germany (NFP), Italy (Sacher), Australia (Rialto), Benelux (Lumiere) and Israel (New Cinema).

NFP, which also is the German distributor of The Millennium trilogy, plans a theatrical release in March 2011.

The film won the Critics Week award in Venice and also the foreign press award in Hamburg.

Beyond is an adaptation of Susanna Alakoski’s novel Svinalangorna. The story is about a woman confronting her dark past.

Producers are Helena Danielsson for Hepp Film and Ralf Karlsson for Drakfilm.
