David Ellison’s production and financing company, whose credits include, has secured a new raft of financing for film and TV production.

Mission Impossible Rogue Nation

The funding comprises a $500m credit line from JP Morgan Chase and $200m in equity from a group of investors.

Ellison founded the company in 2010 and has partnered with Paramount Pictures on a number of high-profile releases.

The slate has included Mission: ImpossibleRogue Nation, World War Z, Terminator Genisys, and Jack Reacher. Coming up this year are Star Trek Beyond and Jack Reacher: Never Go Back.

Skydance is co-financing with Sony Pictures the Mars film Life and made Geostorm with Warner Bros.

Ellison is the son of Oracle billionaire Larry and brother of Annapurna Pictures head Megan.
