As the new head of business and commercial affairs Dusi will report to head of film and television Liza Marshall.
The former film production and finance lawyer will manage legal and contractual negotiation and assume responsibility for raising production finance.
Dusi was involved in the launch of Aria Films in 2002 and has served as producer or executive producer on among others Kill Kill Faster Faster and Little Ashes starring Robert Pattinson.
“We are very excited to have Carlo join our growing team,” Marshall said. “His experience and expertise is a welcome addition as we become increasingly busy over the coming months.”

Scott Free London is currently in production on Britain In A Day with the BBC and Japan In A Day with Fuji Television and recently served as executive producer on Welcome To The Punch starring James McAvoy and Mark Strong. The development slate includes SJ Watson’s Before I Go To Sleep.
