The former Relativity Media vp of business development will assume oversight of daily operational management of international sales, marketing and distribution.
Davidge will also focus on the functioning of the operations of Exclusive Media Group’s business affairs, delivery and collections divisions.
Exclusive Media co-chairmen Nigel Sinclair and Guy East and president of international sales Alex Walton made the announcement on Wednesday (Jan 4).
“I have tracked Exclusive Media’s progress since their inception and I have been very impressed by the great strides that the company has made under the guidance of Guy and Nigel in that time,” Davidge said.
“I am looking forward to working with them and Alex to help underpin the growing reputation the company has cemented in the international marketplace.”
“Exclusive Media is strategically expanding its business operations to take advantage of our increased production slate,” Walton said. “We are thrilled that Paul is joining us at this dynamic time.”
Prior to Relativity, Davidge worked as a lawyer in the International Finance Group of the London office of Sidley Austin, where he specialised in structured finance and property securitisations.
