The new evp of worldwide marketing previously served as svp of marketing and research at Fox and worked on the likes of Avatar and X-Men First Class.

In addition to his duties Helfgot will assume responsible for broadening cross-promotional strategies with other divisions of Walden parent The Anschutz Company.

“We have worked with [Jonathan] with great success for several years and appreciate his experience in research, digital marketing and creative advertising,” Anschutz Film Group CEO David Weil said.

“He’ll be a major asset here as we continue to deliver a diverse slate of family films to the market each year.”
