Warren previously served as svp of production since joining the company in 2011. He will report to president and COO Jon Jashni.
He is supervising Pacific Rim directed by Guillermo del Toro, Seventh Son starring Jeff Bridges and Julianne Moore, as well as 42 starring Harrison Ford, 300: Battle Of Artemisia, Wrath Of The Titans, and Legendary East’s inaugural project The Great Wall directed by Ed Zwick.
“Ty has brought to Legendary a breadth of experience at an integral time for the company,” Jashni said. “Given the increase in our autonomous production activity we will benefit greatly from his focus and leadership.”
Warren previously held the role of svp of production for DreamWorks and prior to that was a freelance producer and production supervisor.
