The evp of worldwide acquisitions will now oversee acquisitions for Focus Features in addition to his role as top buyer at Universal, where he has overseen the recent acquisition of territories for Zero Dark Thirty and The Wolf Of Wall Street.

Kujawski will work closely with CEO James Schamus and president Andrew Karpen of Focus, the company he left in September 2011 to join Universal.

He will continue to report to Universal co-chairman Donna Langley and work closely with Universal Pictures president of international David Kosse.

Kujawski also recently oversaw the acquisition of territories for Spike Lee’s English-language remake of Oldboy, as well as select territories on The Expendables 2, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, and All Is Lost from J C Chandor starring Robert Redford.
