Theresa Won has been promoted to manager, productions and acquisitions at Santa Monica-based Myriad Pictures, it was announced today by Myriad CEO Kirk D’Amico.  

Won will report to svp of production Jason Weiss and svp of marketing and acquisitions Audrey Delaney.

She joined Myriad Pictures last year as assistant to CEO and president Kirk D’Amico and has worked on films such as The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby (pictured) and Electric Slide. 

“We are thrilled to have Theresa take this step and become a key member of our creative team,” said D’Amico. “She will be instrumental in our growing development and production activities, as well with our ongoing acquisitions activities.”

Myriad’s current projects include the film The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby, the drama starring Jessica Chastain and James McAvoy that scored a hit at its recent world premiere in Toronto and will open in North America, the UK and France through TWC.

The slate includes the bittersweet comedy Life Itself starring Diane Keaton and Morgan Freeman, and the darkly comedic thriller Miss Meadows with Katie Holmes.
