Adrian Paul for Filmblips UK and Zoltan Furedi for Hungarian outfit Forma Films have joined Spanish director Maria De Kannon Cle’s anticipated drama At 2:15, starring Nick Nolte and Melanie Griffith.

Spanish producer Miguel Angel Tobias will also co-produce the project through Valencia based outfit Accamedia, alongside De Kannon Cle’s Madrid based Clo D’Art Productions.

At 2:15 will be the directorial debut of De Kannon Cle who has also written the script, which revolves around the lives of a group of people whose paths cross in the cultural sites of the city of Madrid. Griffith will play the multimillionaire heiress and wife to Nolte’s character.

Shooting is due to take place in Madrid in October and November this year with the support of the Madrid Film Commission and renowned cinematographer Vilmos Zsigmond (The Deer Hunter, Close Encounters) onboard as the DoP.

Other cast members lined up for the project include Angela Molina (The Way, Broken Embraces) and Fernando Guillen Cuervo (Quantum Solace), with more names to be announced soon.

“We are happy with the set up of the project and the incorporation of Vilmos,” De Kannon Cle told ScreenDaily.

A Spanish distributor of the film is also expected to be announced soon.
