Writer-director Eli Morgan Gesner is preparing to commence principal photography on the horror tale in New York in April.

Condemned centres on a group of children who inhabit a squalid building on Manhattan’s Lower East Side with lunatics and must fight to the death to survive. Robin Wright’s model daughter Dylan Penn (pictured) makes her acting debut.

Caliber Media partners Dallas Sonnier and Jack Heller arranged financing and will produce alongside Jason Sokoloff.

Caliber Media is in post on Chuck Hank And The San Diego Twins, Dark Was The Night starring Kevin Durand and Lukas Haas and comic book adaptation The Scribbler starring Katie Cassidy.
