eOne has signed an exclusive three-year first-look deal with Teza Lawrence and Michael Souther’s production company Amaze Film + Television.

The partners will develop and produce original product ranging from TV to film based on original TV projects produced with Amaze. eOne will distribute worldwide.

The companies produced the Jason Priestley comedy series Call Me Fitz (pictured), Season Four of which premiered recently on DIRECTV in the US and The Movie Network and Movie Central in Canada.

“Teza and Michael are exceptionally talented producers and we’re delighted to expand upon our already successful relationship with them and Amaze,” said Margaret O’Brien, eOne president, Canada and COO. “This deal represents eOne’s commitment to working with top creatives to secure premium content for our pipeline in the years ahead.”

“Amaze has enjoyed a long standing relationship with eOne that started over a decade ago with our partnership with Peter Emerson and Oasis International,” added Lawrence. “We are thrilled to be part of the eOne family and look forward to being able to increase the number of quality projects we are able to produce with this partnership.”
