The Dutch star takes her place on the crime thriller alongside John Cusack, Sean Astin, Misha Barton, Michael Biehn, John Hannah, Rutger Hauer, Stelio Savante, Tom Sizemore and Sean Young.
Raza Mallal will direct from his screenplay about a renegade Moscow detective investigating the murder of a female war journalist.
Production on the story is set to begin in March in Canada and Europe through Talking Lens Productions of Leeds, England.
Mallal also serves as co-producer with Kevan Van Thompson and executive producer Ilja Rosendahl of Nevada-based Scene Bridge Entertainment.
