Boss Media’s Frank Mancuso Jr will produce with Eric Gores, Peter Facinelli and Rob DeFranco of A7SLE Films as well as FilmDistrict CEO Peter Schlessel and evp of acquisitions Lia Buman.

Production is scheduled to commence production this summer as FilmDistrict eyes a 2014 release.

Facinelli’s A7SLE Films originally acquired the story and partnered with Boss Media to develop the project and brought on Ketai, whose writing credits include the TV mini-series Chosen and video title 30 Days Of Night: Dark Days.

Lia Buman, Boss Media vp Jennifer Nieves Gordon and A7SLE Film head of production Rob DeFranco will oversee for their respective companies.
