James Mangold will reunite with Reese Witherspoon on the drama following Witherspoon’s Oscar-winning turn in Walk The Line. Good Universe will introduce to buyers in Cannes.

Production on Three Little Words is set to begin in September in Florida. Amanda Seyfried is in negotiations to star alongside Witherspoon.

Cathy Konrad and Tree Line Films produce with Jami Gertz and her Lime Orchard Production label alongside Red Crown principals Daniela Taplin Lundberg, Riva Marker and Daniel Crown, who made the announcement on Monday [6].

New York-based private equity company Dover Shores Capital is fully financing the project based on Ashley Rhodes-Courter’s 2008 New York Times bestseller about an unpaid volunteer tries to help a young girl lost in the welfare system.

Lewis Colick and Michael Petroni wrote the screenplay.
