Sophie Marceau will star in Jean-Paul Lilienfeld’s upcoming drama Arrêtez-Moi, while Jim Donovan will direct Fangs Of War, a 20th century reimagining of Bram Stoker’s Dracula.

A woman walks into a police station asking to be arrested for having murdered her husband in Lilienfeld’s next feature Arrêtez-Moi, starring Sophie Marceau, Miou-Miou and Yann Ebonge. Adapted by the director from Jean Teulé’s novel Les Lois de la Gravité, the drama is a French-Belgium co-production between Iris Productions, Iris Films, Rezo Productions and France 2 Cinema. Canal + and Ciné+ provided financial backing. Shooting will commence on Monday (23) and take place for 7 weeks in Luxembourg, Belgium and France. Rézo Films holds international sales rights and will also release the film in France next year.

A Nazi supernatural division is trying to unlock the secret behind the legendary Count Dracula’s immortality in Jim Donovan’s Fangs Of War. The action-adventure was scripted by Geoffrey Gunn and production duties are shared by Nakamura Group Advantage, Cine Plus, Seaside Pictures and CFI Middle Kingdom Film Fund. Stealth Media Group has acquired international sales rights. Shooting is scheduled for this June in Eastern Europe and a release is planned for next year.
