The Blaine Brothers have started shooting their debut feature and production is also underway on animation Gus, starring Dakota Fanning and Seth Green.

Ben and Chris Blaine are in production with their first feature film Nina Forever, a darkly comic love story in which a girl’s attempt at helping her boyfriend through his grief is not aided by his dead girlfriend coming back, bloody and broken, every time they make love.

The brothers also wrote the screenplay and are producing through Charlie Productions alongside Cassandra Sigsgaard for Jeva Films.

The film stars Fiona O’Shaughnessy, Abigail Hardingham, Cian Barry as well as Elizabeth Elvin and David Troughton in supporting roles.

Additional financing is being raised through Kickstarter.
