Production has commenced on Disney’s Into The Woods starring Meryl Streep, Johnny Depp, Emily Blunt, Anna Kendrick and Chris Pine.

Shooting takes place on location throughout England ahead of a December 25 2014 scheduled release date.

Rob Marshall directs from James Lapine’s screenplay adapted from his Tony-winning musical update of the Brothers Grimm fairy tales featuring interwoven stories about Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack And The Beanstalk and Rapunzel.

Marshall produces with John DeLuca, Wicked producer Marc Platt and Callum McDougall.
