Jeremy Irons has joined the cast of Wall Street thriller Margin Call in its third week of principal photography in New York City.

Myriad Pictures is handling international sales and CEO and president Kirk D’Amico serves as executive producer.

J C Chandor wrote and directed the film about players at an investment bank during a tumultuous 24 hours at the start of the 2008 financial crisis.

Irons joins Kevin Spacey, Demi Moore, Zachary Quinto, Paul Bettany, Penn Badgley, Simon Baker, Stanley Tucci and Mary McDonnell.

Neal Dodson is producing with Quinto and Corey Moosa through their company Before The Door Pictures. Benaroya Pictures’ Michael Benaroya and Rob Barnum are also producing with Joe Jenckes.

CAA handled negotiations on behalf of Irons.
