More than two months after it emerged that Walter Hill [pictured] would remake the 1962 thriller What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? A clearer picture of the elements is beginning to emerge.

Lakeshore Entertainment will finance and produce the film and Tom Rosenberg and Gary Lucchesi will serve as producers with The Aldrich Company’s Adell Aldrich.

What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? starred Bette Davis and Joan Crawford as toxic sisters living in a decaying Hollywood mansion.

Hill most recently directed Bullet To The Head and Warner Bros will release the action thriller in February 2013.

Hill is represented by John Burnham and Jeff Berg of ICM Partners and Eric Brooks at Bloom, Hergott, Diemer. Aldrich and The Aldrich Company are represented by ICM.
