Lotus Entertainment and Sourian Productions are teaming up on Joseph Sousa’s spec script Man Of War. Lotus handles international sales and CAA represents US rights.

The action thriller tells of a Navy SEAL who flees from terrorist captors into the Carpathian mountains in winter.

Mark Sourian is producing and Lotus’s Bill Johnson, Jim Seibel, Ara Keshishian and D J Gugenheim serve as executive producers alongside Jessica Jordan.

Sourian is on board as executive producer on Delivery Man starring Vince Vaughn and is producing Need For Speed, currently in post-production.

Lotus was most recently attached Brad Anderson to Greg Poirier’s Restart. The slate includes Arnold Schwarzenegger in Maggie and Hernany Perla’s spec screenplay Revelation.

Lotus introduced sales in Cannes on Song One starring Anne Hathaway and arranged financing with Silver Reel on Joshua Marston’s Double Hour with Joel Edgerton and Michelle Williams, as well as Craig Zobel’s Z For Zachariah with Chris Pine, Amanda Seyfried and Chiwetel Ejiofor.

Lotus and Silver Reel also recently came on board the remake of Park Chan Wook’s Sympathy For Mr Vengeance with Lorenzo di Bonaventura and CJ Entertainment producing.
